I believe that the original run sold out and they are finally catching up , as far as i know they can only be ordered direct from battlefront. I would be definitely be up for one as well, plus they will be producing army patches and name strips for the bag soon.

So the FoW army bag is avalible on their on-line store. I'd like to get it via Imagine, but was thinking about a direct order.

If you re-check your link - it's for name and unit badges for the Kit Bag.
Searching for the actual product number of the bag (BAG01) - you won't be able to find it.
